Why must we use purified water or distilled water ?
purified water and distilled water have high purity, which meets the usage requirements of our machine.
Why must I remove the outlet plug before turning on the machine, and why must the outlet not be blocked?
The machine continuously produces gas during operation. If the plug is not removed or the outlet is blocked, excessive pressure will build up, affecting normal use.
Why does the machine occasionally spray water?
During operation, the internal pressure of the machine increases. Under pressure, water in the tank may be pushed out of the pipeline, which is a normal phenomenon.
Why are there no bubbles visible in the viewing window during operation?
Due to pressure differences, the machine may temporarily stop bubbling, which is normal. Please add water, drain, and ventilate the system to resume normal operation.
Why is the nasal cannula warm, and why is the gas hot when inhaling?
The machine generates heat during operation, which warms the water circuit and the gas. This is normal. It is recommended to replace the water and let the machine rest for 1 hour to cool down.
Why is there water in the nasal cannula when inhaling hydrogen?
Due to temperature and pressure differences, small water droplets may form inside the tube during operation. This is a normal phenomenon.
Why does the cooling fan and system still run after the machine is turned off?
The machine will continue to operate the cooling fan after shutdown to dissipate residual heat. The internal protection system will use residual power to assist with heat dissipation.
Why is there no gas coming out of the oxygen outlet during use?
Please check if the water inlet cap is securely tightened.
Why is it recommended to add little or no water to the humidification bottle at the oxygen outlet?
Oxygen is collected from the water tank. Adding water to the bottle creates back pressure, which affects internal air pressure and may cause water to flow back into the hydrogen outlet.
Why does water flow back from the humidification bottle?
This is caused by internal pressure changes and is a normal phenomenon. Use purified water in the humidification bottle and replace it regularly.
